How To Fix Mac Printer Issues

Most problems with a MAC related to the printer can be solved by restoring the printing system. This is a kind of hidden function that does not appear by itself and must be viewed with the help of a special key combination.

However, it does not work if there are other problems with the printer, for example, if the printer is off or the printer is not connected to your wireless router. whether it is a wireless printer or if for some reason there is no connection to the printer.

The first step is to check if the printer is properly connected to the computer or if it is a wireless printer, make sure it is connected to your wireless router.

Troubleshoot your mac printer problems

1. Click the Apple icon from the top left corner and select System Preferences and select Print and Scan.

2. Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on a blank area under Printers to get the Restore Printing System option.

3. Click Reset Printing System. Then click on the + icon to add the printer again. If the printer is now added and shows as idle, it is set correctly. If it is not, there is a problem with the connection as above.

You should make sure it is connected before doing so again. it will never appear here unless the printer is properly connected, which is why you had the problem with your printer in the first place.

How to Reset IPad to factory settings

iPad restoration is an excellent feature of the iPad that allows iUser to fix most of the software-based issues by restoring it. When you reset an iPad, it returns to the factory settings. just like it was when you first hit it. This means that the recovery option will wipe away all data and you will have to reset it. If you have data and do not want to risk losing it, you should first back iPad up; then reset it to factory settings and then restore only important data from backup.

In this guide; We will only focus on restoring it to factory settings but if you want to restore data, you can check out Apple’s own backup guide by clicking here.

You can restore your iPad if any of the following issues occur:
a.iPad disabled
b.Lost your iPad password
c.iPad has gone to recovery mode (showing connection to iTunes)

1. Connect your USB cable to the computer, but not to the iPad.

2. Turn off iPad: Press and hold Sleep / Wake (Upper) button for a few seconds until the red slider appears and slide the slider. Wait until the unit turns off.

3. Connect the USB cable to the iPad when you press and hold down the start button (the round button in the middle) to turn the device back on.

4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen. When this screen appears, you can release the Home button

iTunes automatically displays the message when it detects iPad5. ITunes displays an option to restore iPad, click the Reset iPad button. It takes between 30 and 50 minutes to complete. (Do not disconnect iPad from the computer when it is reset)

-Once the recovery is complete, you will be prompted to set iPad as new or restore your iPad from the backup.
